Fitness Program

Winter Program January 5 to March 13

All classes are offered on a drop-in basis for members.

Chair, urban pole walking, strength and stretch, and mat exercises are included with membership.

Blood Pressure readings will be available on Mondays and Wednesdays from approximately 9:10 to 9:25 a.m.  Readings are done by an NCSA volunteer.  Any and all questions about your blood pressure reading or health must be directed to your doctor.

Mondays

9:30 a.m. – 10:10 a.m.     Chair Exercises (led by a certified fitness instructor) (drop-in for members)

10:20 a.m. – 11:05 a.m.   Aqua Fitness Movements* in the pool (led by a certified fitness instructor)

10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.   Urban Pole Walking (registered participants only) (led by an NCSA volunteer)

Wednesdays

9:30 a.m. – 10:10 a.m.    Chair Exercises (led by a certified fitness instructor) (drop-in for members)

10:15 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.  Strength and Stretch (led by a certified fitness instructor) (drop-in for members)

11:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.   Urban Pole Walking (registered participants only) (led by an NCSA volunteer)

Fridays

9:30 a.m. – 10:10 a.m.   Mat Exercises (led by a certified fitness instructor) (drop-in for members)

10:20 a.m. – 11:05 a.m.  Aqua Fitness Movements* in the pool (led by a certified fitness instructor)
